Wonderful stay at Kyriad Prestige
Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Restaurant menu was limited but satisfactory.

The front desk of the hotel ripped us (a group of four travellers) off when we requested a van to take us to Tunis International Airport. The hotel staff made us pay 50 Dinars to him (rather than the taxi driver) when the ride should have cost no more than 20 Dinars according to the ride sharing apps. The vehicle that arrived was a small sedan (rather than a van) which barely accommodated us with our luggage. When we told the driver how much we had paid for the ride, he was shocked and could not believe the hotel’s dishonesty. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was good, if you like an open concept room. The shower is built for 2 but only a rainwater showerhead. Limited towels, no wash clothes. The bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was the ac, when it got fixed, it didn't cool down the room and you had to take the key with you so it didn't cool doen while out for dinner. Location has no transportation, alot of walking to a better area where there was lively entertainment and food.

The staff tried to charge me more money than what was stated in my reservation through Expedia. The staff would not even listen to me. The staff did not even want to see my receipt from Expedia. They just keep insisting I must pay more money. The receipt clearly stated the amount I was to pay directly to the hotel. The staff keep insisting I pay more than that. I had to leave the hotel and call Expedia, who agreed with me, so Expedia then called the hotel and told them to stop demanding more money than what was agreed-upon through the reservation. Expedia is very good in disclosing exactly what must be paid to the hotel and whether there might be additional charges. In this case had the staff listened to me or had the staff been willing to look at my receipt, they could’ve avoided causing me a lot of stress. In the end, Expedia explained to me that the hotel had increased their rates without telling Expedia. The hotel finally agreed that I should not have to pay anything additional than what was stated on my agreed-upon reservation. But the staff was very rude by not listening and not looking at my receipt. The hotel is the one that works with Expedia so they should’ve contacted Expedia and worked it out instead of causing me stress and instead of demanding me to pay more than what was stated in my receipt for my reservation.

Bel hotel récent, personnel accueillant, prévenant autant à l’accueil qu’au petit-déjeuner. Chambre très propre, personnel du ménage attentionné.
Manque lampe de chevet , dommage ,sinon tout était très bien.

Bra och bekvämt hotell, stora och rymliga rum. Fräscht och rent över hela hotellet, luktade gott vart man en gick, en doft av Jasmine och vanilj! Frukosten hade ett stort och brett urval som passade alla. Personalen även så bra service. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell om ni åker till Tunis och behöver stanna några nätter. Det är även centralt

Hôtel moderne et propre avec des chambres confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié. Très bon point pour le parking gratuit et spacieux, très pratique. Le personnel est globalement aimable.
Quelques petits bémols : le service à la réception peut être lent et la connexion Wi-Fi mérite d’être améliorée.
