Loved my stay here - checked in late with no issues and George at the desk was lovely and helpful. Good location (close enough and far enough to be quiet) and great staff. The road traffic was a little noisy so if you're a light sleeper you might need earplugs if you're on a lower floor (I was fine)

We had a wonderful stay at Ermass Hotel! The location was fantastic—centrally located and within easy reach of Athens' major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Even before our arrival, the hotel staff provided excellent communication, sharing helpful recommendations on places to eat, nearby attractions, and options for tours and sightseeing. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. The rooms were modest in size but comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for anyone visiting Athens who wants to explore the city's historical sites and attractions. Highly recommend Ermass Hotel for anyone planning a trip to Athens!

We were not at this hotel very long as we had a delayed and super late flight. Surprisingly it was pretty quiet so we could sleep in during the morning rush before we had to return back to the airport. There was no hot water for the night so that was a major inconvenience. The only concession of extra drinks/coffee offered but would've appreciated something a little more generous as it was horrible not having any hot water for a shower. Room itself was sizable for the 3 of us and we appreciated the fluffy towels and large bathroom. We really didn't stay very long to get a good sense of the area but the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room with kitchenette was perfect for us. Spacious and comfortable. The location is close to the metro lines and convenient to go to the Acropolis, the museum and Plaka. There is a great bakery two blocks from the hotel worth a few visits. The area is being cleaned up and reasonably safe.
