5 Jul 2026I arrived at an inconvenient time but my check in was warm and quick! My room was really comfortable and the AC was great! The breakfast area is rustic and wonderful. Staff is kind and attentive. Location is ideal if your goal is to discover Zona Colonial during your stay - and there is LOTS to discover!

17 May 2025The place is wonderful. It's like staying at an art museum. The staff is so kind and serviceable. Jose receives us with complementary drunks, and explained vwey well all our options. Adamilca took care of us at all times, even providing an umbrella for us on a rainy day, and John prepared the most delicious cocktails.

6 Nov 2024The hotel is amazing. Great hidden jewel in Zona colonial. Great service, great room. The restaurant is a must! Area outside of the hotel is a bit sketchy but it is normal, probably dont walk alone late at night. But during the day is safe.

Staff is absolutely amazing and their service was bar-none the best.
They also served us breakfast as we had to leave very early next morning and they did so bringing it up to our room
Fantastic would recommend.

I have been coming to Santo Domingo for years, and have stayed at numerous hotels in La Zona Colonial and Bella Vista. I believe I have discovered the hotel that I will be returning to in the future. Clean. Staff was awesome. We were greeted warmly on arrival, and offered a cold pineapple juice (best I’ve ever had) while we waited during check in. The hallways and artwork are beautiful. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Staff was flexible and available if we had needs.
I would love to write that the hotel was awful, terrible, so other possible guests in the future don’t go to this hotel so I can have it all to myself! A wonderful stay.
ONLY negative was my friends stayed on a first floor room facing the street, and it was quite loud during the night. I think that is just the way it is going to be.
BUT a great hotel!!!!
