Staff speak English well enough to conduct business efficiently. The folks in the lobby go the extra step to resolve issues, in particular the young woman behind the desk was most helpful. Very Clean. Definitely family friendly and located in a nice area in the center. The breakfast is varied and quite good. The coffee is excellent, using a machine that makes latte and cappuccino, not just instant coffee.. I stayed there in total 4 weeks. As they say, you vote with your feet. My feet stayed at the hotel so it must be good!
