Noisy
The noisy air conditioner kept me awake all night. The apartment is connected to another one, and you can hear loud conversations and a radio playing from the other room. It was difficult to nap after my arrival. When I informed hostess Renata about the noise, she showed no concern. My needs were not addressed by either her or the property.
Amenities: There were no basic amenities like soap, and the shower overflows when in use.
Safety: I did not feel safe inside the apartment. There was no secure lock, and I heard noises throughout the night. The door only locks from the outside, with no way to lock it from the inside.
The place is more suitable for a long stay rather than a short one.
Positives: well located in the heart of the city.
Overall, it wasn’t worth the price.

O local é agradável para estadias curtas, embora o barulho do corredor do prédio, como pessoas conversando e abertura e fechamento de portas, possa causar algum incômodo. Poderiam reforçar a atenção com alguns pontos na limpeza. Por exemplo, precisei solicitar roupas de cama novas, pois estavam sujas de areia e somente percebi quando me deitei para dormir. Mas o anfitrião foi muito atencioso e prontamente me atendeu, inclusive me auxiliou quanto à queda de internet que aconteceu de um dia para o outro. O criado-mudo do quarto também estava com um pouco de poeira, e alguns azulejos do banheiro requeriam limpeza. Se cabe uma sugestão, daria atenção também à pintura da parede da cozinha, que está manchada com resquícios de gordura, provavelmente pelo uso dos diferentes hóspedes do local. O quarto tem uma vista muito bonita e a cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis. De modo geral, recomendo a hospedagem. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo a supermercados, restaurantes e bares. Mas, por situar-se na região central, pessoas em situação de rua costumam estar nas redondezas no fim de tarde e à noite, mas não tive problemas quanto a isso.

A estadia foi tranquila, tudo estava funcionando e o apartamento estava limpo. Contudo, ideal levar itens de limpeza como papel higiênico pois não foi disponibilizado pela anfitriã, uma pena pois é um item básico e com custo irrelevante. Apesar disso, tem comércios próximos onde é possível comprar itens básicos sem a necessidade de se deslocar de carro. Tive uma pequena dificuldade de comunicação com a anfitriã na chegada, pois segundo ela, o app não passou meu contato. Como estava viajando com outra colega que pegou um apto com a mesma anfitriã, facilitou a resolução deste problema. No mais, recomendo bastante esta acomodação.
