For student accommodation, I was very impressed. I stayed in a Superior apartment on the 16th floor. The views over the city are amazing and sunrise was an unexpected treat! The apartment itself is pretty basic, a little tired, but clean and comfortable and well worth the money. I travelled for work, and would definitely stay again. Super convenient location with transport, bars and restaurants in close proximity.

Scam - Hotel Cancelled Booking and Refuse Refund
Hotel Cancelled my booking an hour before my arrival - and have since refused to provide a refund. Charged at full price for the stay and left in London without a hotel - avoid this scam.

functional accommodation
It is not a classic hotel. Very small apartments, typically occupied by students, are rented to travelers in the summer. It's quite small for two people. For example, the beds are a maximum of 1.40 m wide. There are no services other than overnight accommodation. No breakfast offered, no assistance ordering a taxi. We liked the good transport connections.There is a very large welcoming lobby and a nice reception.

Expedia saved me! The property at the last minute told me me reservation was canceled. I called the property and they told me ‘you don’t have a reservation’. Truth! I called Expedia and the said it’s a lie. Just show up. I did just show up. But the stress this venue caused was awful. Do not book Chapter as it will be stressful. They also do not have air conditioning. But offer a fan

It’s a student dorm that rents out unused rooms on Expedia. Prices are great. But availability is limited due to student schedules. If your timing is right it’sa good deal. Zero service. Slightly sketchy area with resident homeless right at the front door. And students let’s be honest just aren’t that clean. Or fragrant.

I experienced a few issues during check-in, as the staff seemed unaware that the property accepted bookings through Expedia. Even after I showed them my booking confirmation and online check-in details, they were unable to locate my reservation. I had to contact Expedia customer service, and after about an hour of back-and-forth communication, the issue was finally resolved and I was able to check in. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else was generally fine, though there were some minor cleanliness issues with the showers.

Erstmals vorweg: es ist ein Studentenwohnheim. Die Zimmer werden in den Sommermonaten allg. vermietet. Die Lage ist super. Bus vor der Haustür, Pups, Geschäfte Fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch gibt’s ein dickes aber: Das Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, die Toilette geringfügig geputzt, Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad. Und der Müll muss selbst im Untergeschoss entsorgt werden 😆. Der Flur war tagelang mit öligen Fußabdrücken bedeckt, Ein Müllsack lag im Flur und wanderte nachts weiter, es roch extrem nach Räucherstäbchen im Flur. Ansonsten super freundliche Leute am Empfang. Die Unterkunft würde ich nur aufgrund der Lage und dem chilligen Empfangspersonal wieder nehmen.

Il quartiere in cui è collocata la struttura è tranquillo e ben servito. Vicino c'è sia la stazione metro che quella dei treni e anche diverse fermate dei bus. La struttura è moderna e la camera che ci è stata assegnata era collocata al quinto piano. La stanza era silenziosa ma non pulitissima, tuttavia il letto era comodo. Prima del nostro arrivo ho contattato la struttura per custodire i bagagli prima del check in ma nonostante ci avessero accordato il deposito, una volta arrivati, ci hanno detto che non c'era spazio.

Attention à la réservation !
Gros problème lors du check-in : j'avais réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes, et nous nous retrouvons avec un lit 1 place... Nous avons patienter plus d'une heure sans savoir si le pb allait être résolu. Finalement ils nous trouvent une chambre avec lit double (mais petit : 1m40). Quelqu'un d'autre était dans le même problème que nous... Hormis ça, RAS. Hôtel, mais surtout studio pour étudiants. Très bien situé, à 5min à pied du métro de Kings Cross.
