Staff were really helpful. When we were allocated a different room to the one we booked they changed it immediately. It was also my 60 birthday while I was there. My husband arranged a meal for me . Wonderful holiday with lots of hikes around lakes and along beautiful trails to waterfalls. We loved the hotel. Our suite was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and great bath. We had enough space to do yoga each morning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful providing information about hikes and tourism. Marcia was an absolute gem and looked after us so well. Really enjoyed our stay, hotel made the holiday, with views of 180 degrees from the terrace overlooking Ponta Delgado and surrounding areas. Margarida, Stacey and all the staff were always helpful and couldn't do enough for the guests, nothing was too much trouble, from arranging car hire to ordering taxi for airport transfer for early morning flight. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of fruits, meats and drinks.
