26 Nov 2024Nice hostel with pleasant and helpful staff. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms weren’t very sound proof as I could clearly hear the ladies next door.

21 Oct 2026There is nothing to criticise the hotel for as it is a sufficient and cosy place to stay. If your expectations are for restuarant and tea/coffee facilities (in room) then you need to look elsewhere. 50 minute walk to centre where everything is could be a decision maker. Bottom line is it says what it is on the tin and all fine with our stay.

22 Feb 2026Great hotel with very attentive staff. Matthew our concierge was very helpful with our flight delay issue. He actively contacted the airport and was genuinely concerned and helpful. The hotel is just a bit outside of the main area which is really nice as it has a beautiful view of the lake.

The knobs have horrible keyholes hard to operate. They seem designed in the XIX century

21 Sept 2026Fantástico! Acomodação excelente: quarto limpo, espaçoso, cama muito confortável, temperatura da calefação muito boa, chuveiro excelente e vista incrível para o lago. Staff excelente: Todos muito cordiais, educados e prestativos, nos passaram informações sobre a cidade e passeios. Hotel incrível: Vista sensacional para a frente do lago e placa de El Calafate, aquecimento excelente, área comum muito confortável e relaxante, fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada para o centro, como está na av. principal, fica fácil a caminhada. Café da manhã bom: Possui frutas, cereais, yogurt, suco, café, chá, pães, bolos, medialunas e frios, variando um pouco entre os dias, no geral considero bom. Hotel é fantástico, super recomendo, especialmente pelo conforto e atendimento incrível do staff.
