I loved my stay at this hotel right in front if the beach, which is very modern, beautifully designed, with a fantastic rooftop and pools, in a very quiet area of Cabo Branco. The rooms are a little bit small, especially if it is not a single person travelling. There are restaurants around and it's excellent that it has a 24 hours convenience store as part of the hotel entrance. I would highly recommend this place including and this area over the properties in Tambaú.

Minha experiência foi extremamente desagradável e totalmente diferente do padrão anunciado. O flat é divulgado como acomodação de luxo, mas a realidade foi oposta. Logo na chegada percebi falta de limpeza: cortinas muito sujas, cabeceira da cama encardida e cabelos no chão do banheiro e na pia. Em nenhum momento tive sensação de higiene ou cuidado. A maior decepção foi a roupa de cama. Foram disponibilizados quatro travesseiros, dois para cada pessoa, porém apenas dois eram razoáveis. Os outros dois eram tão finos que praticamente não serviam para nada. Precisei juntar dois para conseguir dormir minimamente melhor, mas ainda assim dormi muito mal. A roupa de cama também estava longe de qualquer padrão de luxo. Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e o atendimento foi educado. Informaram que fariam limpeza adequada e levariam novos travesseiros, mas isso nunca aconteceu. Apenas as cortinas e a cabeceira foram limpas. Ainda percebi desorganização na cozinha. Para piorar, na madrugada do último dia encontrei uma barata no chão do quarto. Aquilo foi o cúmulo!!!! Os ambientes externos são bonitos e os funcionários muito educados, mas eu não voltaria a me hospedar no flat e não recomendaria a acomodação!!!!
