Everything was great but breakfast wasn't the best. Orange juice was watered down, oatmeal was watered down. Good waffles and eggs though.

Room was clean but the bathroom area had a perfume smell. Hot water didn’t work. Overall staff was very good but we didn’t get our wake up call. Breakfast was great and the parking was great.

Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful except one woman who did not appear friendly at all whenever I walked by the desk. Garbage cans are far too small in the room. No washroom fan and the thermostat was hard to figure out. Blackout blind was damaged upon check in. Just a small tear but does not look appealing Housekeeping staff were full of smiles and overall the priority was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. Room was wheelchair friendly which is hard to find in most hotels so great job with that!!!

The toilet paper holder was broken, the bathroom door needed a good clean, the thermostat needed to be wiped. The breakfast was all right but the coffee seemed to be in a weird location as I needed milk but had to carry the coffee to the breakfast area to add the milk.

Support staff was lacking, the other guests in the hotel made our stay miserable. The front desk did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. It was very hard to even get the front desk on the phone.

Helpful,staff, but a problem with an overheated room and such a noisy fan to cool the room that we didn’t get a good sleep. No air circulation, too hot. We were offered a small discount and another if we choose to return in the future.

We booked for two nights. During the first night, my wife got up to use the washroom, and upon her return to bed she stepped on what she thought was a small rock. It turned out to be a used needle from an auto-injector and it was lodged securely in her foot!! I took the needle down to the front desk to show them and demanded an explanation. I was basically told I was a liar and it was "highly unlikely that this had happened" and that their rooms "were all expertly inspected before each and every stay by a supervisor". I was floored at being called a liar and made to feel like this was something we had invented in order to receive a discount or a free room stay. Total attempt at covering their rears. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told he was off site until Monday and that he would contact me then. Basically, nothing we can do. I got the manager's business card and tried calling myself, only to discover this was the number to the front desk, proving futile. I then decided that giving the clerk the needle in question was a stupid idea as she was free to discard it like it never happened, and when I asked for it back I was told she had given it to housekeeping. So there goes my proof. Needless to say, my telling the clerk how serious this could actually be for my wife --- what if she now has a blood infection or perhaps a disease from this used needle, fell on deaf ears. It's now Monday afternoon, the manager still hasn't called. Not impressed at all!
