7 Apr 2026Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down.

1 Jan 2025Excellent!
Very comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Clean and modern, smart tv with streaming capabilities in each room.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, particularly “Celi” who took very good care of us at breakfast.
We will definitely stay again.

12 Jul 2025Amazing place! Sadly, the pool heater was out and felt like 33 degrees. I'd come back, though.

27 Apr 2025The state was comfortable the only issue that we had was the noise with the people that was next-door from us and the running up and down the hall of the kids, but outside of that the state was very comfortable

25 Jul 2025The bed in our room was terrible. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed, because the mattress had such a deep impression in it. It felt as if we were sleeping on a decline with our feet above our heads.
Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel with a clean lobby. I especially liked seeing the basketball court, though we did not use it. It was a nice addtion.

25 Nov 2024Very disappointing
We got to our room and it was never cleaned. The bathroom had toothpaste splatter all over mirror, hair in the sink, bed was unmade. We went downstairs changed our room and the tv didn’t work, turns out it was all unplugged. The next morning the shower head was broken. It was not a good experience. The staff was great, they felt bad, very apologetic. I will say the burgers there are great. It was very disappointing, I wouldn’t stay there again.

17 Jun 2026So the staff were super nice and helpful! The room was SPOTLESS!!! And the location was great!
The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool said it was “heated” but it was seriously cold when we went to go in, so no pool for us!
