25 May 2026Convenient spot close to the airport if you have an early morning flight to catch. Room "Jean" was just what I needed for one night; the bathroom en suite was tidy. Comfy bed and only one flight passed over that I heard. There's a nice little patio off the room, as well. Host was helpful and communicative. The neighborhood safe and quiet, suitable for solo travelers. Good restaurants nearby within walking distance, as well. For travelers without a car, factor in another ~30 euros for transit to the airport. Would stay again!

The linens and towels very clean and a nice scent. The property was safe and quiet. Check-in was very smooth and easy. Overall a fantastic place to stay close to FCO.

2 Dec 2025We had a wonderful time here. The host, Federico, was a message away from assisting with any questions or needs. He was awesome helping with car services into Rome and back. The house was clean, the cleaning staff were very friendly and had attention to detail. We felt at home. The area was also nice for a suburb, with a grocery store, pizzeria, bakery and restaurant near by. It would be a pleasure to stay there again.

Noemi kept in contact with me, provided all the information i needed and much more. I would definitely come back on my next trip to italy!

He sent over VERY clear instructions on how how to find the location with pictures and arrows for everything so even after a late flight I could figure it out. Very clean and quiet. Small kitchenette too however I didn't use it. Would highly recommend 😊

I opened the door room and immediately felt welcome, so cozy and beautiful, the decoration and every little detail were perfect!
Also has a very good equipped kitchen, private bathroom & balcony ;)
Noemi and Alessio were great from the first minute, very helpful and fast response,
I would definitely recommend it and I would love to come back

24 May 2026The room was very beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. It was close to restaurants and shuttle to the airport (two blocks away). Federico was very helpful in providing any information I needed to make our trip seamless. His customer service was impeccable!! The ride to the airport was less than 10 minutes! Very convenient! We highly recommend!

24 May 2026The room is spotless, the staff was wonderful, it is central relocated where you can have restaurants I would not hesitate to return. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. The bed was super comfortable as well

26 Jun 2026The Guest House is less than 3 km from FCO (Rome’s international airport). The problem is getting there. Taxis refuse to take you there. Taxis wait for 50 Euro fares to central Rome.
So the only way to get to and from the Guest House is to rebook transport through the hotel’s service.
