The property is not available once we arrive at the location. And we would like a refund! Bad location as well.

Location is okay but the area is really rough. Everyday feeling unsafe at all .Main entrance door always left opened by next door people who also believed to be living in the same building. And a lot of rough people outside sitting and standing and wandering around .The stairs has untidy cables and too narrow, dark and steep. Couldn’t carry our luggage to our room since there’s no lift plus we have an elderly person with us. No washing liquids in kitchen. I saw washing machine in the property photos on advertisement but the washing machine is broken and small tiny bathroom and broken toilet door, empty bottle shampoo in bathroom. Rusty plate drainer in the kitchen not suitable for using.one small portable heater for whole flat. Dirty and stains wall, Stained sofa bed. It was a nightmare and is not recommended for anyone. I’ll never go back.
