The room pics are totally false advertising!!! Staff was rude and condescending, right after checking I was giving one room key that looks like a mailbox key, I asked if they had an additional key, they say absolutely refused! It’s not hotel policy, parking was inside, however they asked for cars keys to stay at the front desk in case they have to move the car??!!! It’s the rules of the property, then they are not responsible for any lost or stolen item in the car or if a car gets damaged in the property, went to the room and the door wasn’t locked nor it could be locked, door looked like someone vandalized the room has a huge hole in the door the went to the other side covered with paper, door couldn’t be closed or locked, did not feel safe at at all, requested another room because of not feeling safe there 3 women not being able to close door even, tiny bathroom and very old and dirty and dingy, totally not what I was accustomed too with hotels.com thus was a nightmare place!! Checked out and was charged anyway not to mention I had to look for a new hotel, this was insanely unsafe, dangerous and dirty.

Acomodação razoavelmente boa. Excelente localização e café da manhã com boas opções. Apenas a vedação acústica que não é legal e não tem uma ventilação tão eficiente no quarto, mas o atendimento foi bom, bom café da manhã e excelente localização. No geral eu recomendo sim.

Pior hotel que fiquei na vida, a janela dava para um corredor, cobertas fedidas, roupa de cama suja e tinha um catarro no travesseiro! Chegamos a noite e a água não esquentou, só tomamos banho quente pela manhã, café da manhã péssimo! Bati fotos e tinha uma barata andando pelo salão! As fotos enganam muito! Reservei por dois dias, cheguei à noite e fui embora 6h da manhã. Não consegui reembolso. A plataforma deveria fazer algo quanto a isso, pois foi por falta de higiene que não ficamos! As atendentes são muito simpáticas porém foi a única coisa boa da estadia. Aquilo se resume a um cortiço imundo! Nojento.

Primeiro quarto oferecido foi muito ruim, a ponto de desistir de ficar no hotel! Porém um funcionário ofereceu depois de algumas insistências um segundo quarto! Muito melhor e com espaço! Neste segundo quarto tinha 4 camas sendo que ocupamos apenas duas! A troca de lençol ocorreu depois de dois dias hospedados, ou seja , eles trocam de lençóis no meio da hospedagem, ponto positivo para eles! Enfim, o hotel é simples, os quartos da ala antiga são ruins, da parte nova são melhores, os funcionários são atenciosos, mas é um hotel simples! Acertivo para ir às compras e não curtir o hotel tbm!
