Prior to our arrival, the shower was not clean. There was hair on the shower floor. The comforter had a peppermint stuck in it along with what we assume as chocolate stains (but could be feces as well based on the look). When we asked for housekeeping to change out the comforter and provide an extra pillow for the sofa couch, they just merely handed us the comforter, pillow, and extra sheets instead of putting it on the bed themselves. Since it is a suite, a microwave was in the room, it was dirty with food caked up on the numbers and inside. My entire visit, I felt like the room was dirty because of the initial things I witnessed.
