9 Jun 2026We arrived after checkin time but the room was still not ready. The person on the desk took a mop and bucket in himself. Left some clothes on the floor in the bathroom while showering and they got dusty from the dirty floor. The bedroom floor had been mopped but was still gritty to walk on. Left some clean clothes on the desk to wear while flying home the next day. In the morning they were soaked through from the ceiling leaking water. We told someone but he didn’t seem to care. No idea about breakfast as we were not told anything about whether it is even available. The bed and shower are good, but that’s about it. Our stay was very disappointing, as was our dinner at the attached restaurant next door.

Arrived at 8 pm and they said they didn’t have our booking and were full. Eventually they found a room which then needed to be cleaned etc. the fan was hanging off the ceiling and not safe to be used.

11 Feb 2026Havelocck place est un hôtel situé au calme d’une impasse. C’est avant tout un lieu plein de charme mais un peu vieillissant. Tables de nuit instables, pas d’interrupteur sur la lampe de chevet ( il faut faire le tour du lit pour enlever la prise!). Petite courette qui pourrait être sympa mais inutilisable car sale et chaises rouillées. Par contre, le personnel est vraiment charmant et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner copieux au restaurant Gini dans l’hôtel.

12 May 2025Super leuke accomodatie, mooi ruime kamers en een heerlijk zwembad. Het ligt een kilometer of 6 buiten het centrum maar met een tuktuk ben je er zo. Geweldig restaurant Gini, met heerlijke cocktails en super personeel, vooral als je aan de cocktail bartafel zit.
