15 Aug 2026The hotel was excellent. Everything is new and clean with a very sleek modern decor that is bright and chic. Lora was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She helped us to park our car, gave great tips for the city, and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast had amazing Bulgarian ingredients from the farm and from local sources. We truly appreciated the special touch. We did not have any minibar or refrigerator in the room, but it was ok. You can come downstairs to the lobby to get complimentary coffee and water and buy refrigerated drinks if desired. they had great communication by WhatsApp also on our day of arrival, so that everything went smoothly. Definitely hope to stay again next time we are in Plovdiv.

Delicious breakfast, also nespresso machine in the room, coffee and lemonade available in the common area. Would stay here again if I come back to Plovdiv!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the eating area was clean and comfortable.
The only downside was that the floor in our room was a bit dirty, which was unfortunate with our baby crawling around. Still, overall it was a great stay, and the hospitality really stood out.

However, this time it's different....
Exceptional cleanliness, a magnificent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff.
Don't let the fact that it's a 3-star hotel fool you; believe me, you can easily find a level of comfort here that you'd be hard-pressed to find even in a 5-star hotel. Are there no negative aspects at all? Yes, believe me, there aren't! ENDLESS THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE HOTEL OWNER MR. HRISTO, FOR MAKING US FEEL AT HOME...

30 May 2025One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness and vibes. A minimalistic and modern layout which gives it an exclusive look. The staff is very helpfull and always available. I checked in after opening hours and it was a smooth process with great directions. Also loved the location, it was quiet and had several stores/supermarkets nearby. Right by the river, so the ten minute walk to the centre had a pleasant scenery. An extra bonus was the Nespresso machine in my room (i dont dear use kettels in hotels) with daily restock, same with water bottles. Cannot reccomend it enough, stay here if youre travelling to Plovdiv!

The hotel was sufficient. I don’t think it was as nice as what I expected. Everything was white. But it was pretty bare bones. There was no rugs or carpet or flooring in the bedrooms. It felt weird just walking on painted concrete. There was one wooden chair in the room to sit on. The duvet was a bit small for the bed for two people.
However, the service was great. The employees went out of their way to help us. The location was fantastic. You could walk to the old town super easy. The parking was across the main road, but it was still pretty close and it was nice to actually have parking. All in all, the hotel was sufficient, but it just didn’t have much in the room. Which was really kind of disappointing..

19 Sept 2025Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut, mit richtigem Cappucciono und richtigem Saft. Auch sonst gab es Getränke gratis. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der City. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder buchen!
