Hotel com ótima localização. Área externa linda e agradável. Equipe atende bem, são muito prestativos. Café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. No entanto, deixa muito a desejar na conservação e limpeza basica. Exemplo: quinas cortantes na piscina, elevador estragado, porta do box banheiro empenada, ralos antigos/nao sanfonados e presenca de baratas, varios problemas de acabamento no banheiroe móveis que deve servir de esconderijo para as baratas. Inclusive houve dedetização durante a hospedagem , o que foi bem desagradável e não foi previamente avisado. Havia evento no gramado durante o dia com musica bem alta, o que pode comprometer o descanso de crianças e idosos que dormem após almoço . Não se trata de um hotel 4 estrelas ao meu ver, pois faltam muitos cuidados básicos, mas sem dúvidas deve ser ainda sim o melhor hotel da região.

Poucos funcionários para a limpeza e atendimento, fizeram meu check-in e registraram no sistema antes das 14:00 horas e só liberaram o apartamento depois das 14:30 horas, passando clientes com pagamento à vista na minha frente e liberaram meu quarto depois que não havia mais ninguém com pagamento feito no balcão. Quando subimos para o apartamento não havia toalhas e conseguimos pega-las depois das 19:00 horas, onde alegaram que as toalhas estavam todas pra lavanderia.

Cafe da manhã bom, area da Piscina muito convidativa, excelente atendimento dos funcionarios. O Hotel aparenta ser antigo, nada que interfira no hospedagem, mas por ser o hotel de referencia na cidade, acredito que poderia passar por uma melhoria na estrutura das sacadas (taboas soltas e junção com blindex quebrados) dos quartos e na area de corredores (manchados as paredes)

Hotel bonito, bem localizado às margens do Rio Araguaia. Excelente acomodação com quarto enorme. Café da manhã farto e gostoso! Melhoraria o jato do chuveiro e a TV que fazia barulhos estranhos e a imagem não é boa.
