The property was not easy to find. I was expecting a hotel and it was a small property converted in a hotel. The inside of the hotel was good, clean and spacious for a family of 4 although there seemed to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. We arrived at 3pm and there wasn’t anyone at reception (although it said that there would be someone until 6). Instructions to self check in were easy to follow and the breakfast was good. A convenient small property for one night.

Unfortunately, from the outside you don't get a sense of the beauty and quality of the facility, which is a shame because once you enter, both the common area and the rooms are spacious, bright, clean and well appointed. Positive aspects: good breakfast, welcome bottle of water in the room, cozy common area, close to the Rede Expressos station and transportation to the main monuments and downtown, which are a half-hour walk away anyway. Negative aspects: not being able to leave luggage in storage, no elevator and the staircase is a bit narrow, only one towel and one bath sheet for two people

Excellent taste in decoration. Very large room (#3) Next to bus terminal. Less than 10 min to center. Stairs to get to every room. Watch out if there is a baby in the next room: you'll be awaken. The room access was by a narrow staircase and was two levels down from the entry. Breakfast and coffee were basic. In the bathroom, the ceiling had water infiltrating from the level above. The room was large and nicely decorated. The bed and pillow were good.
