酒店新, 房間清潔舒適, 近海環境靚 二馬路, 10分鐘車程 紅海灣海上古堡, 35分鐘車程, 值得一遊 汕尾人好, 吃海鮮明碼實價, 酒店出外飲茶/吃飯一般10分鐘到達 以下跟進改善更好 : 1. 酒店設計不好, 車出入不方便, 入有欄桿, 出要入黑漆地牢停車場, 網約車多不入, 路邊上/下車, 有行李/ 下雨及有老人不方便. 2. 浴室房無掛鉤, 乾淨衫無地方掛. 3. 廁所/浴室關門聲響 4. 附近無配套食肆/商店/娛樂地方 5. 晚上空調吹出有煙味 6. 入住前留言無人回覆或跟進, checkin時要再補充 7. 柜檯接待員只懂國語, 作為國際品牌酒店, 有經驗管理人材很重要, 培訓員工亦是重要一環 8. 酒店3/F有泰曼古按摩, 要早預約, 到店問要午夜12:00才有位, 沒有試
