6 Dec 2025Room was is good condition and staff was courteous. Location is excellent. The breakfast we had was amazing although limited. On a flip side it's not easy to locate the property and its definely not cozy . It's bit overpriced for the services provided. We paid around 5k for one night breakfast inclusive and in non peak season.

Excellent.
Good breakfast.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Quiet location near to beach.
Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby.
Kitchen staff will prepare evening meals if a notice is given.
I will definitely use this hotel next time I’m in Goa and would recommend this hotel to all.
