All the reception staff working from the 20-22nd of November were outstandingly friendly, professional and thorough. Please extend my compliments and appreciation to them. My heating didn't work, and they took care of it swiftly. The newly renovated rooms are great and very comfortable. The renovation sounds were a bit loud, but I expected as much.

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. They lied to us, making us feel like complete fools — we were treated like we were being taken for a fool. They claimed that the water system was ‘broken,’ but the staff at the second hotel confirmed it was a lie — the original hotel was simply overbooked and they do this regularly. We were misled, disrespected, and forced into a filthy, low-quality hotel that was nothing like what we booked or paid for. This behavior is shameless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: they will lie to you and treat you like a fool. Avoid at all costs.

La limpieza en la habitación no fue como debería. El polvo que había en alguna esquina de la habitación siguió ahí durante los 5 días de mi estancia. La habitación de gran tamaño muy cómoda para estar y trabajar. Las puertas de las habitaciones hacen mucho ruido al cerrarse y es bastante molesto porque se oye mucho desde las otras habitaciones. El cuarto de baño amplio y muy limpio.

Hotellet er super fint. Ikke langt til centrum. Værelset er pænt. Det kunne godt være lidt mere tryk på vandet i bruseren. Vi havde bestilt en babyseng, men den var ikke på været da vi ankom kl 4 om natten. Lidt træls. Vi fik den til dag 2. Dog uden dyne. Morgenmaden var super fin. Det var lidt svært at finde ud af parkeringen. Vi parkerede på gaden og brugte easypark app’en.

Die Mitarbeiter waren bei meinen beiden Aufenthalten sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Einrichtung der Zimmer ein wenig spartanisch. Ich hätte mich z. B. über einen Wasserkocher gefreut. Zumindest eines der Zimmer hatte auch keinen Zimmersafe. Das Frühstück war ok. Etwas mehr Brotauswahl wäre schön gewesen.
