29 Jul 2026Väldigt slitet och smutsigt i allmänna utrymmen. I vårt rum saknades stekspade, skärbräda, flasköppnare. Tv var sönder, lampor i badrum var sönder. Självaste rummet var rent och fräscht dock så städar de inte förrän man flyttar ut och det saknade egen städutrustning.
Vi badade i poolen och den var fräsch! Tyvärr var lägenheten mot norr så varken sol på morgon eller kväll. Vi bokade 4 nätter men stannade bara i 2. Efter personalbyte så bytte de tv’n och erbjöd en flaska vin som plåster på såren för att de inte fixat till ”felen”. Vi tackade och sa att vi checkar ut ändå, för att vi inte är nöjda.
Men 1 eller två nätter är inga problem att bo där. Generellt sätt så var personalen trevlig.

18 Jul 2026Big thank you for reception staff who stayed awake past midnight to receive us. Our channel tunnel journey was delayed by 3 hrs due to a broken down train. Room had to be rebooked by helpful Hotels.com staff . Room was clean but with limited amenities. I understand from staff hotel recently reopened and needs updating. Had a kitchen, microwave, and kitchen utensils.

3 May 2026Niet schoon, vieze vaat in kastjes en zand in het beddengoed. Meubilair was kapot, ontbijtbuffet was afgeschaft. Dit resort heeft betere tijden gekend. Wel vriendelijk personeel en mooie omgeving.

30 Dec 2025 Mooie locatie en veel groen en bos. Redelijke afstand naar Maastricht Valkenburg en Genk. Als ouders slaap je pal naast de voordeur van je appartement. Dan een dun deurtje en dan de drie laags stapelbed en dan weer dun deurtje en dan keuken en zithoek en tv corner. Je kan moeilijk samen even lekker een wip maken. Allemaal klein en matig. Met 5 mensen is het net te doen. Wel hoop stuk en schimmel en zilvervisjes. Voordeel is dat er borden en bestek zijn incl. pannen. Badhanddoeken en beddengoed is aanwezig. We zijn vooral veel weg geweest. En o ja mag niet dicht naast pand parkeren dus al je bende flink stuk lopen. We zijn er geweest maar komen er niet meer terug. Ontbijt was ook prijzig, dus lekker om de hoek naar Carrefour verse broodje halen. Prijzen in supermarkten zijn gelijk als in Nederland. Al met al wel relaxed vakantie gehad.

Alle de ingang vond ik niet schoon. De vloer was vis en stonk.
