it was really nice. felt very clean and very affordable. The kitchen even came with a cook top to prepare meals on. I was not prepared for that. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean. This location opened this year. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room looked as though it had barely been used.
The only thing that was off for me is there is only one elevator. The elevator was a bit slow.
We stayed one night. Overall a very pleasant stay

Very clean. This place covers the basics well. It is a bare bones kind of place yet comfortable. The value is exceptional compared to more plusher accommodations nearby. This is a place for quiet rest.
The concept here is value without the fluff. The concept is new to me and may take some getting used to. I will be back.

New...extended stay suites so amenities were limited. No hair dryer, counter not staffed 24/7, no breakfast...had laundry facilities...good place if staying for a week as price for a week was cheaper than for 4 nights..close to Costco. Not a lot of food within walking distance.

Staff was friendly and knew the area businesses. Property is new and everything is clean and good working order. The room we had the bed is 6" from a wall on one side which makes it hard to get out of bed without waking the other person. Room size is nice.

To my surprise, it is a new hotel. You could still smell the newness. Liked having a full size fridge in the room. However not crazy on how loud it is. You can hear walking the halls & moving furniture sliding on floor above, also, Could use darker window shades.

Unfortunately we were only staying one night and that had to be when the hot water wasn’t working. Other than that it was pretty good. We didn’t realize the front desk was only manned till 8:00 on Sunday but after dialing the number a staff member came and helped us. We would stay again as long as they have hot water.

It's a no frills Hotel more geared towards extended stays. There is no carpeting and no curtains. The lack of curtains let's the streetlights flood your room. The room rates were great. Very close to many restaurants and stores. If you want your towels or washcloths replaced the note in the room says you have to pay for them and room cleaning.

Susan and her crew were always pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. The facility was meticulously clean. Seems like these people take great pride and personal responsibility in maintaining the property. Attention to detail is unmatched!

We were a late check in as we were on a road trip. I had read reviews and it was stated there wasn’t a person at the front desk. I called several times to let someone know we’d be coming and a time. Someone finally answered and said “well, you’ll have to be quiet, people are sleeping”. All we needed was a shower and a bed to sleep in. Aside from that, everything was great. Nice, clean rooms and a nice part of town.

Hotel lobby was nice. Items that are usually standard in a hotel room like a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker were not available in the room. There was only one coffee machine in the entire hotel and it ran out. They didn’t even have an ice machine on the premises. Our room was clean but someone had used the microwave before our stay and burnt either noodles or rice in it so the room smelled like it. The bed was horribly cheap. I didn’t even know that spring mattress's were a “thing “ anymore but I was mistaken. We felt every spring in it. I would not recommend.

Property great! Noise wasn’t great at times with above room walking noise, dog barking next door; had good kitchen layout but no utensils for cooking or eating. No dish towel/cloth or soap available. No kleenix but plenty of toilet paper. Bed ok…little hard for my taste. Otherwise ok.

The facility was very clean and well cared for. The ladies at check in were great. It is a very bare bones place. Two things will keep me from using it again. 1. Police leading a man out of the hotel in handcuffs and 2. Not a stitch of hot water the last morning we were there. No staff on duty to complain to. The cable went out as well and we had to call the tech support ourselves. If you are looking for a quick place to spend the night it is fine. I did love the newness and cleanliness of this hotel.
