This place is a gem, especially for travelling with pets. There's no pool, breakfast is limited, and some of the rooms are considerably smaller than others for the same price, but overall it's a great property with excellent staff. When we stayed downstairs, we could hear our upstairs neighbor pretty clearly, which was surprising given that it used to be permanent housing. However, the rooms are super clean with great rates and dog friendly.

I had some of my employees stay there to work in Roswell. They said this was a perfect place to stay - VERY clean and very nice. Someone will be going back to Roswell, and they already requested to stay at this facility. THIS IS A 5 STAR Hotel.

This is a hidden gem! There are some ongoing renovations and some evidence of the previous flooding but it was super clean and the staff was great. It was excellent for traveling with our pup. Having a pool and expanded breakfast items would elevate it, but would also likely elevate the price and it was a great deal as is. Our only complaint was hearing our upstairs neighbor. All that said, we've already booked it for our return trip and will very likely stay here whenever we travel this way again.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff was especially friendly and welcoming. The place has been made into a hotel fairly recently and really has a nice, homey feel. It did not have breakfast but each day there were cookies, turnovers, and coffee on a table in the lobby each day. We would definitely stay there again. Very nice place!
