Çalışanların güler yüzlü olması ve özellikle Batuhan Bey ile Ercan Bey’in konaklamamız süresince ihtiyaçlarımızla birebir ilgilenmeleri gerçekten çok hoştu. Odalar oldukça temizdi. Ayrıca kolayca park alanı bulunabiliyor olması da büyük bir avantajdı. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

Las fotos son diferentes a la realidad, es un hotel pequeño, con una fachada bonita pero el interior muy viejo. No vale lo que cuesta. Contratamos un tour por medio de la recepción y nos dijeron que incluía entradas, y la realidad fue que no, lo decía el tríptico pero personalmente nos dijeron que si… fue una pésima experiencia nos trajeron 2 horas previas recogiendo personas y no fue lo esperado… queda muy lejos de la mayoría de sitios que hay que conocer en Estambul.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt aber wir hatten sehr oft das Glück, dass ein Parkplatz frei war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön. Man hört alles was im Flur passiert leider aber wir hatten Glück, dass es sehr ruhig war meiste Zeit.
