The hotel rooms are really well kept and amenities in top condition. There are plenty of free snacks, coffee and cold beverages drinks including beer. The hotel’s back and side alleys area is bit rough but that can be avoided by sticking to the front street and walking straight to the main train station. There are noisy bars and nightclubs nearby but it didn't bother us because there was a good cooling fan and we closed the window shutters.

This was self check in hotel and I didn’t get any communication on check in. I had booked this via hotels.com. They didn’t response to my hotels.commmesaages and the phone number they provided didn’t work. I had to look for another hotel on rush. Need my money back.

Amazing Property to Stay in Zurich
Absolutely outstanding, the service and friendliness was 5/5.
The team were so helpful and kind and they helped in every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible and there was nothing we wouldn’t do for us.
We had the only room with a balcony and 3 windows which was perfect.
Just be aware that it is a noisy area so it is hardly quiet but this was not an issue for us as we were out and about 12+hours a day and shattered everyday.
The bed was perfect.
Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Zürich.
It is a 15 mins flat walk to the main train station and near shops and restaurants.
I would just warn there is no lift in this property and the lowest floor is the 4th one with 7 flights of stairs.

Not recommended
I’m afraid it was one of the worst hotel stay. Room was too hot even with the window open. And loud music was playing all through night until 2am in the neighbourhood. Not sure whether it was a special event on the night we stayed but it was too much. They could have warned us before if they knew about the party/event. Could not sleep well with the heat and the noise. They have a ceiling fan but it is not enough, seriously outside was cooler.

Uklar beskjed på hotels før ankomst var litt stressende siden hotellet er ubetjent, pin kode til dør og innsjekkingsintruks kom ikke før kvelden før oppholdet- mens kvitteringen sa at det ville komme 14 dager før.
