What a spectacular luxurious spacious suite. Beautiful design, great linens and bed, separate living room, fabulous marble bathroom and rain shower, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, wonderful balcony for drinking prosecco and people-watching- spotlessly clean and everything worked well. We loved this area as on a pedestrian main shopping street near the theater and lots of churches and restaurants- great walking. Felt 4/5 star and excellent value. We'll definitely be back. Only thing to note is the check-in times and the fact that only certain cars are permitted to access the front of the hotel - the staff organized a very good limo to the airport for our departure but we had a rental on arrival which was a little confusing.

This is a gem of a hotel in Palermo. If you like small, charming hotels this is the one. It’s on a Pedestrian street in a convenient location. The room we had was beautiful. It was large with real Italian charm but also included modern amenities. The washrooms are beautifully renovated. The breakfast is perfect (although an earlier start time would be helpful). They have nice cakes and pastries in the afternoon for snacking. The staff are very nice and helpful. We loved the hotel and so glad we found it.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Genuardi. The hotel is perfectly located in Palermo, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions and some of its best restaurants. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the beautiful Italian character of the property, along with the tastefully renovated bathrooms. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast prepared with great care. On top of that, when my luggage failed to arrive in Palermo, the team went above and beyond to help coordinate with the airline and assist with the entire process. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. A special thank you to Joshy and Ashvina for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend Palazzo Genuardi and would gladly stay here again!
