There was a horrible odor coming from the bathroom - when I tried to air the room out by opening windows there were many very large pigeons or doves who tried to come into the room so I had to keep windows shut both days. Owner was responsive but because I could not open windows or get any air into unit for 2 days horrible unbearable smell persisted. Would not rent unless exterior room not exposed to courtyard, sewer smells, and birds.
