22 Jun 2026I stayed at this property while visiting London with my daughters. The host was so accommodating and allowed us early access to the unit to store our luggage while we waited for the check-in. The Flat was clean and well appointed with a kitchenette and wash and dryer. It was the perfect location in a very walkable and safe location. Thank you for your hospitality.

19 Sept 2025The Kensington Gardens appt was in a great location, close to several tube stop, in a safe area for families with kids. Several grocery stores nearby. The appt was spotless, perfect size for a couple or a small family. They kindly let us check-in earlier since we had several suitcases and small children. Would definitely stay here again when in London!

25 Sept 2025The location was very nice. The apartment was updated. Water pressure, internet, and apt amenities were generally good. I would say it is reasonably good value for the rates.
The proprietor was not very kind, the floors were dirty, bed linens were scratchy, some furniture was broken to the point of not being usable, the whole building was on light sensors so lights would go off during showers or while you were climbing stairs. I was locked out a few times and the proprietor was responsive, but couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience.

23 Aug 2026We recently stayed at this apartment in August. The location and size of the apartment is nice.
A few major issues we had:
1. The listing states there are beds for 4 people. This is not true. There is one bed in the bedroom and one small fold out couch in the living room which can fit one adult comfortably. This should be clarified on the listing.
2. When we checked in, the apartment was not cleaned well. There were random hairs all over, dust everywhere. I ended up cleaning the space myself so we could feel comfortable.
3. The host is quick to communicate but not very helpful. He wanted to charge for cleaning the place and for extra bedding we requested (we requested the extra bedding so we could make one of the couches work as a bed since the listing was wrong). He was not very open to hearing what our issue was and it was not a pleasant check in or communication process.
Our stay was fine, we weren't there for very long. However, I would not stay here again.

5 Aug 2025A fantastic apartment for our 4 day stay in London, which was my partner and I and my step daughter. The property is clean and although a little snug with the 3rd person sleeping in the living area / kitchen, it was an excellent central location, with great restaurants, cafes & easy shopping at your doorstep. I also took a 3 day membership at a gym 5 mins walk away which was great. A short walk to tube stations allowing quick access to all hot spots. Communication was excellent, we really appreciate all your help.

Internal comfort was terrible due to cheap furnishings. None of us slept due to poor mattress/ bed and sofa bed.
Insufficient plates/bowls/cups for 4 people.

Très beau logement, bien équipé (micro ondes, plaques de cuisson,four,lave vaisselle, machine à laver), ventilateur mis à disposition si besoin. Très bonne communication avec le responsable. Restaurants, supermarchés et autres types commodités à proximité. Station de métro à proximité permettant de rejoindre le centre de Londres rapidement. Recommandons sans soucis.

Herşey mükemmel. Yataklar çok rahat. Ancak 5.kişi için üst kattaki kanape kullanılmak duurmunda ki bu kanape uyumak için çok rahatsız. Bu evi kiralayacak olanlar mümkünse 1.katın müsaitliğini sormalılar. Biz 3.katta kaldık, asansör olmadığından ve dar,kıvrımlı merdivenlerden valizlerle yukarı çıkmak sorun yaratabilir.
