Overall a great place to stay but that breakfast was pretty bad.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff are friendly. I also do like how close the hotel is to the bus station. The main issues are a weird sewer smell outside of the building and a cigarette odor in the hallways. Also, the pedestrian walkways were covered in snow so entering the building required walking in the road and parking lot at night which felt unsafe.

The staff was very professional. The building was clean. The location was ideal for where we needed to go.
BAD POINTS
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Room temperature would not go below 84 degrees even when turned all the way down.
Breakfast was very limited selection.

Check in, check out was simple. When checking in on Friday afternoon, the girl who took care of us (I didn’t get her name) was exceptional! Helpful and cheery. Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. All in all, I can’t wait to come back to stay again!
