The towels a lot of times had dirt spots so that was disappointing.
Loved the in-house masseuses. She was amazing.

16 Sept 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to the Italian manager, who always greeted guests with a smile and took the time for a friendly chat. He truly contributed to the warm and personal atmosphere of the hotel.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, and the room was always clean, fresh, and inviting when we returned. An important detail in this region is mosquitoes, and we greatly appreciated that the rooms were treated daily to keep them under control.
The hotel also has a backup generator that starts immediately during power outages. This is a major advantage in Africa, where power cuts can occur, and it ensured that our stay remained comfortable without interruption.
Although the resort is not among the largest, it offered everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun, swimming, and beautiful walks along the coast.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and the combination of outstanding service, excellent rooms, and a great location means we would happily return in the future.

30 Oct 2025Die Kissen und Matratze waren extrem schmutzig und für mich gibt es einfach nichts schlimmeres!
Ich war in 4 Hotels auf Zanzibar und das war mit abstand das schlechteste Frühstück. Morgens wusste ich einfach nicht was essen.Das einzige Positive war, das es 3 min. Gehweg zum Strand war, aber man wurde in diesen 3 min. von ca. 10 verschiedenen Verkäufer belästig.
Was der Inhaber von diesem Hotel angeht, er sollte wissen, das sklavisches Verhalten gegenüber seinen
Mitarbeiter einfach nur respektlos ist. Es heisst nicht, das weil sie auf das verdiente Geld stark angewiesen sind, mit ihnen so umgegangen werden darf und es ist mir ein grosses Rätsel, wie sich so ein Hotel als 4 Sterne auszeichnen kann.

18 Jul 2025Établissement très propre et personnel très accueillant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce a la proximité de l’hôtel à la plage de Nungwi (2min à pieds). Beaucoup d’excursions sont au départ de Nungwi beach ce qui était très pratique.
L’hôtel est très bien entretenu : les parties communes sont nettoyés 2x par jour, ainsi que les 2 piscines.
Le personnel est au petit soin avec la clientèle, si vous avez une demande particulière il n’y aura aucun problème pour eux.
Je mettrais juste un petit bémol pour le bruit aux alentours car plusieurs hôtel sont en construction ce qui n’est malheureusement pas du ressort de l’hôtel.
Je vous recommande fortement cet établissement !
