1 Jul 2025This is a mixed review. The hotel is i good condition and well decorated (within its price range). However, the hotel provide tv and AC controls at checkin as well as towels and toilet paper, which felt like Motel rather than a hotel. The room was ok but very small. the shower have little water... enough but i do like full flow. The wifi coverage was terrible... so bad that i used my data rather than use the wifi. the bed is ok, but only a simple bedsheet. the bathroom have no ventilation. overall, i may not return just because intenet is basic for me. Also other minors problems like the checkin... terrible they do not prepare my room in advance. The guy in the counter have to look my reservation from scratch.

26 Jul 2026Las habitaciones que recibí ofrecían que eran con Vista a la alberca y no fue así. Reservé dos habitaciones una para una persona y la otra para dos adultos. La reservación era una cama king size y una cama matrimonial. La habitación que se supone tenía una cama king size tenía una matrimonial y no nos dieron la habitación prometida. Al meterse a la regadera toda el agua se sale hacia el resto del baño y el interior del cuarto. Las toallas de baño terriblemente malolientes, tuve que pedir que me las cambiaran porque verdaderamente apestaban.
El servicio de internet no funciona en todo el cuarto solo cuando estás pegado a la puerta del mismo.
Definitivamente no regresaría a este hotel y no lo recomiendo. Ofrece estacionamiento tampoco tuvimos ese servicio y nuestro auto se quedó en la calle. No hubo que nos ayudara a meter el equipaje. Lo único que estuvo excelente fue cuando me cobraron. Horrible
