The staff was very courteous, always with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The dining experience at The Duchess was an excellent meal. Our complimentsto the fine chef. Our server Alexa was so courteous and attentive.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The whole establishment is beautiful and well put together. The restaurant was delicious and fancy! My only complaint is the A/C switch clicks loudly on and off at night making it hard to stay asleep.
