We stayed here for one night, the hotel is in a great location, we found it peaceful, clean and comfortable, the guy that runs it is so helpful and very jolly, we were very pleased that our touring bikes could be safely stored in a locked back yard with no proplems, I paticularly liked that there is a community tea coffee station, with sweetie vending machine and table and chairs to eat grub if you didn't fancy going out and disposable cutlery, thank you for a pleasent good value hotel

Located close to seaside, shops and pubs. We were happy with the location and facilities. Shared kitchen was well maintained and clean. Comfy bed. The room we booked was excellent for our one night stop. There is no lift but staircase is wide enough for suitcase with ease. Nearby Garden Restaurant was very good for gluten free breakfast. On site free parking and inexpensive 24hr street parking.

The room was very clean and reception staff extremely helpful. I particularly liked using the facilities in the dining room to make breakfast - fridge, microwave, sink and kettle. There are five parking spaces at the front, and the location is not far from the sea or Southsea town. I was travelling alone and felt very safe staying at this hotel. The price was also very reasonable. Would stay here again.

Good value & great location

We had the room with a private shower room which was nice and clean. Hotel was conveniently located with very helpful staff. The recommended pub for dinner was amazing. Sadly a rugby team were staying that night and were so disruptive and loud at 2am!!!
