We had the most wonderful stay in Mexico City! Onto is a very luxurious place to enjoy. Walking distance from many Michelin star restaurants, lots of fun places to shop, and many cool cocktail bars. The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The shower products smelled divine. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful - truly wonderful service! If you’re in Mexico City you should book your next stay here!

Amazing Stay at Onto!
We absolutely loved our stay at Onto! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. A special shoutout to Louis, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us fantastic recommendations - example to our favorite taqueria which wasn't even on our list to visit! Louis was so patient even when I asked the same questions a few times, and provided excellent service throughout. We were mostly in touch with him during his shift, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The rest of the staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive — you can really tell customer care is a priority here.
Our room was one of the best I’ve stayed in: beautifully clean, modern, with so much storage and counter space — something I’ve never had enough of in other hotels!
Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Our room was beautiful and spacious and access to the room was quick and convenient. There was a small issue in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. The room was serviced every day and we had clean white towels every time. We also received great suggestions for restaurants and tours. We actually booked one of the tours and it was great. The service at this hotel is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.

Wonderful experience these past few days in CDMX
Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The front desk team was very helpful (Isaac and Pablo and the other front desk guy). They helped us with making reservations for experiences in the city and gave us good recommendations.
The hotel was very clean, smelled great, is nicely designed and our room, which was on the bottom floor, had a nice big comfortable layout. It rained this whole past week so we didn't get to spend time in our patio but loved looking at it. The place was very peaceful.
The location is great and we found it to be very safe and conveniently located.
Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely stay again. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable and had a very generous amount of storage. We also really looked forward to the fresh pastries and coffee each morning on the rooftop.

It was a pleasure staying at Onto. From being welcomed by the staff to being taken care of. The facility was very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, you can still smell the new scent. The rooftop was amazing. The area has so many options to eat, everything was walking distance. This place is totally recommended and will definitely come back for future trips to CDMX.

Beautiful property but seems to be experiencing some teething issues. Our AC was leaking and it took 2 tries to fix. There was one night where there was a lot of noise from the pipes. We had the terrace apartment which looks like a private garden but we could not enjoy because of mosquitoes. Our room was below street level so you hear the city but it feels very private. I did not notice any noise at night. We seem to have been unlucky with the restaurant next to the lobby. I saw it open in the morning only.
I was hoping for a hotel that would have a bar to grab a drink from after a day out or before dinner, which happened to be 5 pm for us. But the restaurant was no longer open and the roof bar service didn’t start till 6 pm. I think if I had been able to stock up our room with drinks and snacks I would have enjoyed the property more, but as it was, the options on hand were kind of limited. I would recommend the hotel to others but recommend buying some refreshments to enjoy the vibe of the beautifully decorated rooms. The location is also excellent.

I highly recommend this property! As soon as you walk through the doors there is a sense of tranquillity even though you are nestled amongst a thriving neighbourhood. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room is thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. Amazing restaurants and shopping all in walking distance.
