We had the most wonderful stay in Mexico City! Onto is a very luxurious place to enjoy. Walking distance from many Michelin star restaurants, lots of fun places to shop, and many cool cocktail bars. The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The shower products smelled divine. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful - truly wonderful service! If you’re in Mexico City you should book your next stay here!

This is a new and lovely hotel. The staff was very professional and kind. This area of Roma Norte is filled with shops and dining. The only thing to note is that this is an open air style hotel and the street noise can come through. We carry a noise maker for sleep and had no issues.

I highly recommend this property! As soon as you walk through the doors there is a sense of tranquillity even though you are nestled amongst a thriving neighbourhood. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room is thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. Amazing restaurants and shopping all in walking distance.

Amazing Stay at Onto!
We absolutely loved our stay at Onto! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. A special shoutout to Louis, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us fantastic recommendations - example to our favorite taqueria which wasn't even on our list to visit! Louis was so patient even when I asked the same questions a few times, and provided excellent service throughout. We were mostly in touch with him during his shift, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The rest of the staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive — you can really tell customer care is a priority here.
Our room was one of the best I’ve stayed in: beautifully clean, modern, with so much storage and counter space — something I’ve never had enough of in other hotels!
Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Our room was beautiful and spacious and access to the room was quick and convenient. There was a small issue in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. The room was serviced every day and we had clean white towels every time. We also received great suggestions for restaurants and tours. We actually booked one of the tours and it was great. The service at this hotel is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.

Mexico City is a busy place and the room we had was so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful patio surrounded by plants. We only stayed one night but I want to stay here every time we come back to the city. Perfect place, comfortable everything in the room, plenty of cool spots within walking distance. 10/10
