The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. A half empty Coca-Cola can in the fridge, some trash in the bin, and dirt on the carpet. The bed was made though, with what I hope was clean bed linen. There was also not even a bar of soap in the bathroom, which I could sort with a trip to a nearby grocery store but I would have been very disappointed had I arrived at a time when those are closed.

Minha experiência foi extremamente desgastante. Reservei e paguei dois studios pela Hoteis.com, mas, ao chegar, a administradora Viva conseguia localizar apenas um. Ficamos mais de uma hora aguardando, cansados da viagem e acompanhados de crianças, até descobrirem que o segundo studio estava vinculado a outro número de reserva gerado internamente, diferente daquele fornecido pela Hoteis.com. Ao procurar o suporte da Hoteis.com, a experiência foi ainda pior. A atendente Amanda informou que o problema era meu por não ter realizado o check-in com 24h de antecedência e se recusou a prestar o suporte necessário, mesmo diante de duas unidades devidamente reservadas e pagas pela plataforma. Quando finalmente a administradora localizou o segundo studio, ele não estava adequadamente preparado, faltando inclusive papel higiênico no banheiro. Os problemas continuaram no check-out: mesmo após pagarmos late check-out até as 19h, fomos abordados duas vezes por funcionários perguntando se já sairíamos. Ficou evidente a falha de integração e comunicação entre a Hoteis.com e a administradora Viva. O hóspede não pode ser responsabilizado por números de reservas diferentes ou procedimentos internos entre as empresas. Cumprimos nossa parte, reservamos e pagamos corretamente, mas tivemos que administrar problemas que não criamos. Uma experiência muito abaixo do esperado, principalmente pela falta de suporte quando mais precisamos.

Desde o checkin a experiência já foi muito boa, pois foi tudo pelo celular e reconhecimento facial, não precisa falar com ninguém (não tem porteiro no prédio, é tudo digital, muito prático) Quando chegamos, o apto estava bem limpo e arrumado, e nele tem tudo que é necessário: toalhas, itens de cozinha, etc Mas o que mais gostei foi a varanda! Pra quem é apaixonado pela vista noturna de prédios, como eu, vai adorar! O apto é perto de muitas conveniências/restaurante/ e claro, da Av Paulista, dá para ir a pé Não tem estacionamento, mas deixamos em um bem pertinho, onde o valor de 24h era 50,00.

As condições de limpeza da acomadoção não estavam boas. Pia, fogão, talheres engordurados, chão sujo, tapete cheio de cabelo... Poderiam, tb, colocar uma porta com isolamento acústico para minimizar o som do ar condicionado no quarto. A localização é boa, tranquila, mas precisa melhorar a limpeza.

Localização exelente! Prédio novinho! Fitness ótimo! Filtro de água no apartando!Para ser perfeito só faltou aquecimento no Studio,SP estava frio e o apartamento pela falta de vedação nas janelas é frio!no geral recomendo!
