全自助入住，房間設備齊全，冰箱冷藏冷凍，微波爐，熱水壺，瓦斯爐，碗盤杯子叉子，洗衣機洗衣粉，洗碗精都有。交通便利，離難波站2站，附近有超市，玉出超市，大創，lawson，全家，大國藥妝，非常方便。 缺點是床躺下去可以感覺到床墊的彈簧，滿滿的彈簧感，但是日走萬步太累了，還是會睡着。入住五夜不會補給新的乾毛巾，牙膏用完也無法補給。消耗品用完要自己處理。
