22 May 2026Nice hotel and friendly staff. Good restaurants nearby. The pool was very small, more jacuzzi size than pool size. The rooms are off the atrium so can get noisy. Really close to the beach and beach towels are provided. There's a kettle and fridge in the room. I enjoyed my stay.

We dealt with 3 different persons through the week and each was nicer than the other: we were given excellent tips, addresses and suggestions. The cleaning team was also very friendly.
Around the place you have amongst the best restaurants of the old town and you can immediately go and enjoy the malecon.

20 Sept 2026I’m surprised this hotel is rated as highly as it is.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of staff. There was no open door or manned reception when we arrived, and it took a long time ringing a Ring doorbell and repeatedly trying the phone number displayed outside before we could even get into the building.
We didn’t see anyone at reception at any point during our stay. Check-in was entirely via a machine, which was made even more frustrating by the fact we had already been asked to submit all of our details electronically before arrival, only to have to enter everything again. It was also unclear exactly how we were supposed to check out, which added to the sense that there was very little time or guidance for guests.
There was nobody readily available to ask basic questions about breakfast, facilities or the hotel in general, which made the whole experience feel very impersonal and much more like self-service accommodation than a hotel.
The room itself was fine, but fairly unremarkable, and the breakfast offering was very limited.
The main positive is the location, particularly being close to La Caleta beach, and it is reasonably well placed for exploring Cádiz.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it definitely didn’t match the impression given by the high ratings.

Great little hotel, perfect location near beach and restaurants yet out from busy centre so nice and quiet. Hotel is recently renovated / opened so everything is new and spotles. Water pressure was fantastic. Beds big and comfy, good quality sheets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we return to Cádiz.

However, the compact room design had some drawbacks: the bathroom sink was located in the main room rather than in the bathroom, and the TV was mounted on the wall near the bed, making it difficult to access the bed comfortably.

9 Dec 2025The staff was extremely kind and helpful in providing suggestions around the city, calling a taxi, and helping with questions about the room. The breakfast selection is small but really good quality - don’t miss out on the fresh squeezed orange juice, it’s a must try! The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room is well shielded from outside / street noise, but the one drawback is that the walls between rooms seem to be rather thin - you can hear sounds from the inner foyer and room next to you pretty easily. Other than that, this was a very restful place to stay very close to the Caleta beach and 10 min walk to the old town center. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.
