Customer service/check in was easy fast and simple. Customer service lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly. Love that it was very quiet and secure. You had to use your key card to access the elevator to get to your room. Overall everything was a10/10.

Was really surprised to get a handicapped room and bed is literally almost on floor level. Must bring own pots pans cups etc if want to utilize kitchenette. 2 towels. Housekeeping knocked at 9 am to try to get us out before 11. Was clean, front desk girl was very sweet.

The room was extremely clean and the check in was after hours- the front desk receptionist was very helpful and really made the check in process easy. Her name was Kayla, she was incredible.

Night staff were not very hospitable with a few exceptions. Since it’s a long stay hotel, the rooms aren’t cleaned regularly which I was aware of but when they actually did clean they didn’t do much. Don’t think the floors were cleaned once.
Very thin walls so you hear all your neighbors. The kitchen supplies were sub par. Couldn’t cook a proper meal.
The gym was ok, would ask for more equipment for the cable machine.

As long as you know this is geared toward extended stay (no breakfast, in room coffee, etc.), this place is great. Clean, inexpensive, and a helpful staff.
