5 Jan 2026Everything was perfect. Very close to the city center by walking. Staff was friendly and efficient. Family room was perfect for four. Added bonus was available parking onsite, that they don't advertise for. Club, Gym was also really nice.

25 Nov 2025We booked a family room and are satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed and sofa bed as well as the welcome at front desk and late check out provided. Location is just 5-7 minutes walk from the old town.
Service could be further improved specifically for after stay - we have left a shirt jacket behind which we were told was eventually found and will be mailed back to us. After providing our mailing details, the hotel stopped responding. We have requested Hotels.com to help but so far has not received further update. Bummer as it just an item bought during the trip.
