Concierge very pleasant and useful. Poor poor reception, having to wait until so one reception staff was available to check us in. Limited assistance from staff to hail taxis and transport. Tapas restaurant a bit soulless. Overall good experience. Will stay again.

Best location
Great location. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Lifts small dark and no air conditioning so if you hate lifts stay on the first floor. Most rooms have no walls bathrooms with clear shower screens...(loo is in a separate room) they were very accommodating and put some plastic cover on which made it better.

Luxurious, friendly hotel in central Barcelona
Absolutely superb stay for our wedding anniversary. Luxurious hotel in a very central position near the cathedral meaning that you can walk to most of the sights and restaurants. Very special rooftop bar with swimming pool. Super friendly, welcoming and professional staff with a special mention for Albert, one of the concierges. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful, stylish room. Decent gym. Highly recommended.
