A equipe é muito inadequada. Os funcionários da recepção, em particular, são insuficientes. Se você estiver viajando sozinho do exterior, infelizmente eles não têm domínio do inglês para se comunicar com você. Eles parecem presumir que todos falam português. Eu realmente não entendo por que eles aceitam reservas internacionais.

Adorei a minha estadia, o hotel muito bem cuidado, muito limpo e com uma excelente estrutura. O quarto muito amplo com excelentes roupas de cama e banho, um café da manhã muito bom. O que me chamou a atenção também, foi a cordialidade dos funcionários, cuidadosos com os hóspedes e nos ajudam em tudo que precisamos. E também uma coisa positiva é que no hotel tem carregador para carro elétrico e isto fez a diferença para mim nesta viagem.

Nossa se a qualidade do hotel fosse mais ou menos eles teria suprido a hospedagem de tão educados que foram .
