We stayed in the new build part of the hotel so all newly fitted. Bunk beds in room were great for the kids. Little details need ironing out such as coffee machine in room but no sockets nearby to actually plug it in! Breakfast was a mixed experience, the food was good but a tiny counter which everyone queued around and as people were standing waiting for toast/eggs etc you couldn't easily reach any of the food. Tried to get scrambled eggs on 3 occasions but each time the dish was empty. They need a duplicate breakfast stand somewhere else in the room or a seperate hot and cold food areas to prevent build up of queues. Hotel a 20 minute drive out of Archachon. Pool was tiny and shared with the apartments and hotel so absolutely packed! 4 sun loungers and pool in the shade of the apartment buildings so a bit pointless. Over all comfortable place to stay for a night but wouldn't want to spend longer there.

Arrivée et débuts très décevants pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Messages écrits et oraux : pas de réponse ou réponse fausse (chambre PMR sans lits twin .. non vérifié avant mon arrivée malgré 3 demandes préalables). Malheureusement pas de possibilité de changement dès la 1ère nuit car hôtel plein ( réfugiés des campings évacués à cause des incendies). Pas de linge de toilette. 1 clé sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune évocation du Wi-Fi de l'hôtel n'a été faite à l'arrivée. La responsable restauration a essayé de trouver des solutions, contrairement aux personnes de l'accueil (très polies en l'occurrence mais inefficaces). Cela s'est arrangé le lendemain et des compensations nous ont été offertes. Chambre plutôt exiguë car les lits sont grands (et confortables). Piscine dans l'hôtel à côté et tous les balcons avaient vue dessus .. peu agréable.. Climatisation efficace dans la chambre. Petits déjeuners variés et copieux. Pour la restauration, l'équipe est efficace et sympathique, les plats sont bons et d'un prix raisonnable.

Aufgrund des Feuers und der Rauchentwicklung, die unsere Kinder sehr beeinträchtigt hätte (wir sind auch wegen der Luft zum Atlantik gefahren) haben wir die Reise nicht angetreten. Es war eine riesige Brandkatastrophe. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche jemanden zu erreichen haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Wir hoffen auf eine Refundierung der Kosten - bisher ohne Erfolg.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist ein perfekter Ort für einen Familienurlaub: sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und umgeben von schöner Natur. Der Wald in der Nähe lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, und auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar. Besonders praktisch ist der Pool, wenn man mal nicht zum Strand gehen möchte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
