19 Aug 2026This is a hostel, not a hotel. Our bathroom was down the hall, no toilet paper, no soap, no towels. We enjoy staying in hostels throughout South America and Europe, but we understand that we are staying in a hostel and bring our own amenities. There was no heat in the hostel, temps were around 2 Celsius in the room when we woke. Again, we are backpackers and are used to waking up in cold conditions in the backcountry while camping, not in a hostel that is advertised as a hotel.
The breakfast was delicious on the 1 Celsius rooftop breakfast patio. The staff was standard and nice. The location was perfectly located a couple blocks off the Plaza.
If you stay here just understand that it is a hostel and you will need to bring all customary amenities with you with the exception of breakfast.
