There was no milk for my coffee and the breakfast room was not clean and moldy lemon for breakfast not happy

One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out.
Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean.

The welcome was shocking, the arrival time was wrong. Did not receive the entry code by email the day before. The stairs very steep. Very dusty in bathroom. The shower only had very hot water. The window sill had traffic grit in the corners, window were streaked. Uneven floor, luckily we did not fall, but nearly did. If I had known I would not have booked. The music blaring from the owner’s radio while he was working on his car was very loud. Poor neighbours.
The breakfast provided, was bread/toast/crumpets. Cereal. Tea & coffee. Then they had the cheek to ask you to wash up afterwards. Could not get out quick enough.
No one around to speak about the shower in the morning.

Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.
