Precious aka Danielle was very helpful at the breakfast time on both days that we stayed there. Because of her being so helpful, I will definitely stay at this location the next time I’m in town and others should consider staying here as she and others part of the staff were very helpful as well Robert Rene’ Cavazos

The room was ok, but the noise from the road was very loud. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the best choice.

It was close to the venue we were going to so that was a plus. The rooms in the front are very noisy from the traffic. The TV stopped working randomly for several hours and the staff tried to get it working but was unable to get it to work.

Room service was poor. Did not serice room four days in a row. Had to gp to front desk to get tpwels. Breakfast was not as expected. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Water was only luke warm--never hot enough for a good hot shower.

The room had a funky smell, the bathroom had p**p when walked in and there were bed bugs and roaches everywhere!!! The door lock was also broken- unsafe. Unacceptable and disgusting. It was very hard to deal with expedia, I had to explain the issue over and over and they offered $25 dollars to compensate for the issue, unbelievable. We had to pay for a different room at another hotel as Expedia also refused to relocate us.
