Boo was amazing she made check in really smooth and easy we were greeted with a nice cold drink. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures the rooms are clean the staff are on top of cleaning the rooms each day. This the only place I have ever stayed that required a deposit, but they only charged half of what is advertised online. There are many Indian, rather than Thai establishments nearby. You have to leave that area to truly enjoy Phuket. It is huge.

The hotel was stunning, really quirky and very comfortable. The staff were polite and quick to resolve any issues we had. If you like to sunbathe then the sun only stays on the pool until 2pm and then it goes as it is shaded by the hotel. The Indian restaurant was delicious, however quite pricey for Thailand. We had to request clean dressing gowns as the ones that were in the room on arrival were dirty and smelt like smoke, however the cleaners changed this for us immediately. The hotel in general smelt of cigarettes but other than this the hotel was amazing, the beds unbelievably comfortable. Highly recommend.
