Não recebi contato prévio do proprietário para autorizar minha entrada. Enfrentei dificuldades para acessar o predio e levei quase 30 minutos para conseguir acessar o imóvel — debaixo de chuva. 3. O chuveiro apresentou água relativamente fria à noite. 4. Por se tratar de um prédio residencial, não há serviço de arrumação durante a estadia. 5. O apartamento não oferece itens básicos como shampoo, sabonete ou outros amenities. Pontos positivos: • Cama confortável. • Apartamento bem decorado. • Estrutura do prédio excelente, com destaque especial para a academia, que é incrível.
