Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable staying longer. Overall experience: 1/10. Would not recommend.

Positives and negatives. Positives: Room was clean. The key worked. They have designed the room very smartly to fit everything. Location is wonderful. The street view was very charming. Negatives: know that the messages won’t be read and answered after a day. I got replies after 24 hours and even after I left. So I had to guess about my questions. The tools need renewing in the kitchen. The check in desk is in 10 minutes walk further away. Also if there is a protest going on, it happens right in front of you. I had to walk for 2km because taxis couldn’t come, after the protest just broke out in front my room
